1. Eligibility and Account Creation
- Age Requirement: The App is intended for users aged 3 years and older. While the App may be suitable for children, features involving account creation, private number services, and purchases are designed for users who can understand and agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Account Registration: To access advanced features such as purchasing private number services, you will be required to create an account using Google Authentication. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Services Provided by the App
The App offers distinct functionalities:
- Public Number Service: Provides access to virtual or publicly accessible phone numbers and displays, in real-time, the SMS messages received by these numbers. This content is visible to all App users.
- Private Number Service: A premium service allowing you to purchase temporary access to private, dedicated phone numbers for the specific purpose of receiving activation SMS from designated third-party services (e.g., social media or messaging platforms).
3. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, user accounts, or its underlying systems or networks.
- Interfere with the proper operation or security of the App, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Misuse the private number service for any purpose other than legitimate activation for the specified services (e.g., illegal activities, mass registrations, or violations of third-party terms).
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the App without prior written permission.
4. Public SMS Content and Disclaimer
- All SMS messages displayed in the public section of the App are publicly viewable and are not private.
Warning: Users are strongly advised against sending any confidential, personal, or sensitive information to public numbers, as such information will be immediately and openly accessible to all App users.
- We do not actively monitor, moderate, or verify the content of SMS messages received on public numbers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or nature of any SMS content displayed. Your reliance on such content is solely at your own risk.
5. Private Number Service Details
- Service Nature: The private number service provides temporary access to a phone number intended for receiving a single activation SMS to facilitate specific third-party service activations.
- 15-Minute Cycle: Once you purchase a private number service, it enters a 15-minute cycle. During this period, we expect to receive a single SMS for the intended activation. The private number will remain active for this duration.
- Coin Freezing & Refund: When you purchase a private number service, the equivalent amount of coins is frozen as payment. If we do not receive an SMS within the 15-minute cycle, the frozen coins will be automatically returned to your balance.
- Re-Purchase Advisory: If you do not receive the SMS, it is highly recommended that you wait for the 15-minute cycle to complete and for your frozen coins to be returned before attempting to purchase the service a second time.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the successful reception of any specific SMS message or activation of any third-party service. Functionality can be influenced by factors beyond our control such as network carrier issues or third-party service policies.
- Limited Duration: Private numbers are provided for a finite period. Upon successful receipt of the SMS or expiration of the allocated time, the number may be released or deactivated.
- SMS Visibility: SMS messages received on private numbers are visible exclusively to the user who purchased access to that number.
6. Payments and Refund Policy
- Pricing: Prices for private number services and premium features are displayed within the App, typically denominated in in-app coins. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Processing: All purchases are securely processed through Google Play's in-app billing system. By initiating a purchase, you agree to abide by Google Play's Terms of Service. We do not collect or store your sensitive financial details.
- Refunds: If a private number service does not receive an SMS within its 15-minute cycle, the frozen coins will be automatically refunded. Beyond this automated refund, we generally do not offer additional refunds for services that fail for reasons beyond our direct control. Refunds for direct coin purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its name, logos, design, software, underlying technology, and all content (excluding user-generated public SMS messages) are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; any conduct or content of any third party on the App; any content obtained from the App; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, immediately and without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms, engagement in fraudulent activity, or misuse of the private number service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
